This is a new standard that allows you to enjoy a course menu that inherits the history and traditions of Chinese cuisine while adding a modern essence, a variety of gorgeous dim sum, and dishes with different concepts for each season.

3. Grilled & Fried Dim Sum (Daikon Mochi, Fried Gyoza with Mixed Filling)
